WELCOME TO THE SPRINGDALE FIRE COMPANY
The Springdale Fire Company is dedicated to protecting the lives and property of the Springdale neighborhood located in Stamford, Connecticut. Comprised of VOLUNTEER members who have a common desire to help others in a time of need, the Springdale Fire Company has been providing Fire Protection and Community Services since 1908.
As a 100% Volunteer Fire Company, we are a private (501c3), non-profit membership corporation.
Our members are comprised of men and women of all occupations who share a desire to help and protect the residents and neighborhood of Springdale.
Members of the Springdale Fire Company have been certified by the State of Connecticut at the minimum level of Firefighter I and Emergency Medical Responder.
We are trained not only to respond to your fire emergencies, but medical emergencies as well.
OUR LATEST DRILLS
Training is an important factor in the success of any Volunteer Fire Department. The members of the Springdale Fire Company spend countless nights and weekends working towards becoming certified Fire Fighters in the State of Connecticut. On top of obtaining Nationally recognized certifications, our members also participate in weekly in-house training sessions run by the experienced officers of our department.
